Rajneesh Rawat is the Managing Director of Origins Advertising. He is a proficient business leader with widespread experience in the world of advertising. He has worked with world’s leading advertising agency ‘Saatchi & Saatchi’ for around 4.5 years. He is looking after Marketing, Business Development, Media Development, Development of branches & overall management of the company. He is the stalwart pillar for the upscale growth of the organisation bringing with him an experience of over 30 years.
Director
Mr. Mayur Garg is the Director of Origins Advertising. An MBA looking after Administrative, Business Development & Operations part of the company.
Deputy General Manager
Mr. Abhay karan is a Post Graduate in Marketing and Operation with a work experience in companies like HT Media & Wave Group. He looks after the overall marketing, administration & operational activities, reporting directly to MD.
Client Servicing Team
The client servicing team of Origins Advertising is an enthusiastic and motivated group
of over 10 members led by the Managing director. The Client Servicing team
collaborates with the relevant departments to cater to the needs of their clients,
providing 360 degree solutions to the advertising requirements. The Client Servicing
Team is armed with extensive experience and knowledge in providing innovative
advertising solutions to every client. Every member closely works with their client to
provide a cohesive, transparent and smooth running of the campaigns.
Media Planning/Commercial Team
A team of highly efficient professionals who combine industry knowledge with expertise
to deliver maximum media effectiveness at best rates in an ever – evolving, multi-
media world of advertising. Led by Mrs. Rohini Dhawan, the team actively contributes in
determining clear objectives and providing strategies for relevant media options. This
integrated approach and planning of advertising media solutions across the ad media
spectrum ensures optimum cost effectiveness and high – impact, targeted campaigns
delivering best results.
The production Team
The production team is a group of dedicated professionals, headed by Mr. Vishal
Kumar, who is committed to delivering quality results within the time frame. Armed with
state- of-the-art and comprehensive in-house infrastructure and cutting-edge
technology, the production team guarantees superior quality production service and on-
time delivery of every campaign.
Content & Creative Team:
A dedicated team led by Mr. Raj Kamal Dixit, consists of skilled professionals who help
with the creative and content to breathe life into the ad campaigns. The group of
creative artists, designers and content managers design and develop fresh, innovative
content and produce exceptional work for our clients, both creatively and effectively in
current and emerging media such as broadcast, digital, OOH, print.
Digital Marketing & System Manager:
Looking into the social media needs of Origins Advertising we have Mrs. Kirti Sahni who
is a Post Graduate in Marketing and Communications. She is equally qualified for Social
Media Marketing, having completed her Executive Development Program in Digital
Marketing from XLRI. She brings to the table a varied experience of over 5 years from
the Confederation of Indian Industry and Tech Mahindra. With unlimited zeal,
commitment and stellar quality, Kirti believes in hard but smart work.
Digital Network / Mobile Fleet Team:
At origins, we have state-of-the-art infrastructure which is managed by a dedicated team
ensuring smooth functioning of Digital OOH media and Digital Mobile Vans. Mr. Madhur
Raj Johri leads the highly skilled team providing digital media solutions corresponding to
client requirements with highly advanced embedded systems. The team is motivated by
a passion to deliver innovative and effective audio/visual ad experiences to the clients.
The benefits of mobile digital outdoor through the large fleet of totally versatile mobile
display vans and help them reach the last mile into the remotest area of country. The
team undertakes and executes programming and management of digital broadcast and
advertising across a network of digital media screens for dynamic ad campaigns across
India.
OPERATION & EXECUTION TEAM
A strong, experienced and enthusiastic team of over 30 members, headed by Mr. Arjun
Rawat undertakes operations monitoring, maintenance and other essential functions to
ensure timely deliverance & execution of the campaigns.
Accounts Team:
The accounts team is headed by Mr. Himanshu Awasthi, who ensures proper flow of
finances, company’s accounting activities, auditing, taxation and more. He heads the
team of over 5 financial experts who ensure complete accounts transparency for our
clients.
HR
To ensure the better implementation of HR Policies, procedures and statutory
compliances we have Mrs. Pooja Singh who has above a decade of diverse experience
in handling HR generic profile. Being a post graduate in HR from Shri Ram Swaroop
College of Engineering, she has complete command over the norms of the HR policies
and procedures. She brings along her 9 years of experience from Wave Malls/Cinemas.
She looks after the manpower well-being and ensures high morale of the employees.
