Refund & Returns
Introduction
Origins aims to ensure client satisfaction with our advertising services. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and returns, considering that we provide services rather than physical or tangible products.
Service Nature
As a service provider, Origins does not deal with physical or tangible assets. All orders are based on release orders and work orders provided by clients or vendors. Therefore, there is no standard procedure for refunds or returns for services rendered.
Advance Orders
In cases where Origins receives an advance payment for an event or service, the following conditions apply:
- If an event or service is postponed or cancelled, and Origins receives prior notice from the client or vendor, the advance amount will be refunded.
- Refund requests must be made with a minimum notice of 7 days prior to the scheduled event or service date.
Refund Process
For eligible refund requests:
- The client or vendor must notify Origins in writing, providing details of the postponement or cancellation.
- Upon receiving the notice, Origins will process the refund within 15 working days.
Non-refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once executed. This includes but is not limited to:
- Media placements
- Completed print materials
- Events that have been carried out as per the client’s approval.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund:
Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal action.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service orders under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by Origins at least 3 days prior to the scheduled event or service date.
- If the cancellation notice is received within the specified period, any advance payments made will be refunded within 15 working days.
- If the cancellation notice is received after the specified period, the client may be liable for any costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
